This dark black "short sleeve" cape (It does have arm holes under all that fabric) has a cowl style neckline and is quite soft and stretchy. It is not open in front. Thank you spandex. 17" from underarm to underarm and 23" from back of neck to hem. Exceptional pre loved condition-no stains or holes.
