thanhie @thesexyknitter hi! I bought these at a high end consignment shop. One of the tags look faded but the price tag was on it when I bought it. However the other tags, like on the waistband, look new. I still listed it ALOT lower than what I paid but I'm not sure if these are new or preowned.
