Brand NWT FARM Rio mini skirt. LOVED it but a bit too short for me. Runs small (Size L but fits more like a Med). Easy fit, layered skirt, ties at the elastic waistline with beaded tassels, lace detailing. Brights and neutrals in this color palette!
