Looks super cute with a dress or even jean shorts underneath. Very nice condition. The blue in some of the photos is just the light from the window showing through. The dress measures approximately 17 inches shoulder to shoulder, 18 inches pit to pit, 15 1/2 inches across the waist, sleeves 32 inches, and the back length from collar to hem about 50 inches.
