F21 navy lace mini dress

Beautiful and classy dress with inner lining. Sheer lace panel on top and scalloped bottom detail. Does have some tiny fluff sticking out but only if you look closely (see pic). Otherwise in good condition, only worn once to a wedding. Hits above the knee on me I’m 5’4 113lb 32A/B. Fits small like xs
