F21 • floral tunic mini dress

Excellent condition, worn twice. One of those times, I wore it as a blouse loosely tucked into black distressed skinny jeans. :) This shift /tunic style dress is very short! Sleeveless / tank. Black thick shoestring-looking lace, criss-crossed on v-cut chest. Does not come undone or untied. It's one long looped string. Sized medium, fits best as XS/S. You know how Forever 21 sizes are... Black with white and golden yellow flowers and dandelions.
