F21 floral sleeveless dress

This is one of Forever 21's "nicer" dresses- it's fully lined and feels higher quality than their typical items. I love this dress so much that I bought 2 🙄 so I'll be keeping one. Such a cute dress and I always get compliments/surprised that's it's F21! Fits more like a S but I bought an M for length. 34" length, Bust 16.5" across. Like new condition.
