Basic black bodycon dress from Forever 21 with oversized grommets down the chest and a lace up tie detail. Very stretchy fabric. Non-adjustable spaghetti straps. Worn once. No rip/stains/tears, just normal wear like minor fuzzies on fabric. Size S. Could fit S or M due to stretch. Measures approx 12” across waist and 14” across bottom hem laid flat. Total length from pit to hem approx 27”.
