F21 Southwest Print Casual Dress

I love this dress - super sad to give it up. it has a very relaxed fit with an elastic waistband. The elastic is pulled in some places on the inside of the dress. The tag itself has seen better days and it only sewn in on one side. I'm a size small and this dress fits me comfortably.
