FOREVER 21 Cut out design, strappy, functional zipper on the back, adjustable ties I’ve had these for maybe 5 years. They’ve been with me to a backstreet boys concert, church, dinners, etc. Pretty durable. ~3 in heel And yes the size sticker is still on there. I’m a psycho. Lol
