F21 Rose and Black Lace Mini Skirt

Mini skirt with long zipper and lace exterior with flower design. Cream color with slight pink blush to it. It has a black liner. Says large but I wore it and I am a small. No holes or fading. There is a snag (pictured) and some pilling at the waistband. Good used condition
