F21 Navy Dolman Striped 3/4 Top Size Medium

Forever 21 striped 3/4 sleeve length top. The left arm is missing a button where you can normally fold up the sleeve and button it up. Can either add a button or just wear loose as seen in photo. Tag is also falling off as seen in photo. This is a M, but I'm normally a S.
