F21 M Black Velvet Off the Shoulder Crop Top

From Forever 21, size medium. I love this shirt, would keep if it still fit! This crop top is light and flowing with a basic elastic hem around the top. The velvet stripes make it a little more interesting. Since it is elastic, it can be worn as a little flutter sleeve or fully off the shoulder!
