F21 Lace Up High Heel Boots

Super high heeled black lace up booties from Forever 21. Worn once. These are really high and they were too difficult for me to walk in, which is why I never wore them again. They are in very good condition but do have a few little scuffs if you look close enough. Offers welcome.
