This sweet pendant necklace from Forever 21 is made of gold plated metal, is filled with black enamel, has a dainty pearl border, and is 16” long with an additional 2” in length. The lobster clasp works perfectly and the pendant itself measures approximately 3/4”. Please note the missing pearl in the pictures.
