knottybynature2 @ca_kennedy hello! Just saw this now. I have a 28 inch waist and weigh 135# and they fit me. I am not sure if they're TTS. I know if I am getting H&M I wear a size 8 when I normally wear a size 4 because they run small. I'm not sure about F21.
