F & E Hedman Check Protector Excel Model 950 Works Needs Ink Vinyl Cover

This is a F & E Hedman Check Protector Excel Model 950. It is green and in good condition and working order. It needs new ink and the old ink removed as it is dried. All the levers work and it lowers to print as intended. It comes with a vinyl cover although it is stained and easily rips if not handled with care.
