This whimsical eyelet dress from loft is so cute and comfy. It has a very loose and flowing fit. The fabric has texture to it, and is 100% cotton on the outside layer. It is separated into 3 tiers with ruffle bands running horizontally. Fully lined. Tie straps at the shoulders Will allow for a great fit. Size XL. Neither fabric has much stretch. Smoke free and pet free home. armpit to armpit is about 21 inches across, the first ruffle is about 25 inches across and the second ruffle is about 29.5 inches across. From the top of the bust line to the bottom hem of the dress is about 29.5 inches.
