@mrsstouffer so sorry for the delay! All measurements are flat: Shoulder to wrist: 25.5" Waist: 13"(when not stretched,it's elastic) Skirt: 48" Hip:22" Mid-chest: 17.5" The lace has stretch to it. Also it hangs flat against the body so if a measurement is too big it isn't blousy. Let me know what color you want!

The sleeves are not fitted but they do not stretch.
It is a 26” unstretched elastic waist. So I would say yes.

I am almost afraid to ask if it would fit my arm. God I am crossing my fingers since no stretch in material.
