Eyelet Balloon Dress

Cat and Jack Eyelet Balloon/Easter Egg/Dot Dress. Sweet eyelet detail with multicolor pastel dots. Back of dress has 4 buttons and a cutout. Elastic band at waist. Dress is fully lined. This was used for birthday pictures because it looked like cute little balloons. However, it would be a darling dress for spring or summer. Could also work for Easter. Only worn once, washed and hung to dry. Excellent condition.
