oneinamillionjj @masqui Hi there. So with makeup & skincare stuff it has to be brand new. If it is unused, but doesn't have a tag on it (as many cosmetics don't) you can mark it New with Tags anyways. Just be sure to specify in the listing like New & unused or New in Box. Stuff that comes sealed in plastic should still be sealed or it can't be marked New with Tag. You may also be getting the liquid material warning bcuz for a long time certain makeup & skincare period

oneinamillionjj @masqui were not allowed to be sold on here due to USPS shipping regulations. That warning you can just agree with & it will let you thru. Do be sure to package any liquids carefully though so they do not open during shipping. And lastly perfume, body spray. etc & nail polish ARE prohibited bcuz theyre flammable. Hope that helps. lmk if u have any other questions
