Extra small-Small 80’s style winter pet coat/jacket.

This is brand new never even tried on, it’s a extra small-small puffy winter pet coat/jacket. I bought with few other coats for my Chi to try, she doesn’t like to wear puffy sized coats (she tries biting them off).
