Hi, may I have dimensions in mm's, please? Thx
tamaramg
@visiblesoul Hi - I'm sorry, all the exact information is what is shown on the inv. It does not include the measurements so I did the best I can by using a ruler. Please see the pics I added. I hope this helps. I'm open to guidance for measuring stones:)

@tamaramg You did great! Using metrics is industry standard and only way to go. Putting stone on top of tape doesn't obscure the stone so it's easier to be exact. It looks like 10mm x 7mm. And that is a calibrated (sized) pear stone, which means it's easily set in commercial pre-set findings (settings)
for basic jewelry makers. Thx. I'm looking into what color Sphene I want.

Stones come in calibrated and uncalibrated sizes. The former is standard industry sizes which are different for all the various cuts: pear, oval, marquis, etc. The length is stated first, i.e. 10 x 7mm (the width). Uncalibrated fall outside these standards, are considered custom, and usually need to be set by professionals. Hope this helps ;-) Sue
Are you open to offers? Thx

@visiblesoul Thank you so much for explaining this to me, I truly appreciate it. I am helping a dear friend whose late wife's hobby was jewelry. She passed suddenly a couple of years ago and now I'm helping him to sell the inventory she had which is quite a lot. I don't know much about stones or jewelry making but you have helped tremendously. Your kindness is truly appreciated. And yes, prices are negotiable:) Thank you♡
