Exquisite Hand-beaded White Dupioni Silk from France--44" wide by 25" long--$180

This heavily-beaded white dupioni silk fabric is breath-taking! I purchased this fabric while in France , hoping to use it for my granddaughter's wedding dress bodice, but she ended up having me restyle her mother's wedding gown for her to wear at her wedding--my pleasure , either way she chose!! Anyway, since she is my last granddaughter to get married, it is a shame to keep this gorgeous piece of fabric tucked away in a drawer. Because it is so heavily beaded, and pure silk, I only bought enough for the bodice. I can only imagine the hours/weeks it took to hand-bead this fabric! It measures 44 inches wide by 25 inches long. Although when I purchased it, I was in a "wedding dress" frame of mind, it could also be used for a bodice for a pageant gown, or even a dance costume.I appreciate its beauty--hopefully, you will, too!
