Silver and carved mother of pearl coin purse. Circa 1880's. These small purses were used by ladies to hold coins, calling cards, small personal items. In those days, purses were rare. Multiple compartments; lined with red satin. Condition commensurate with age. Some separation of mother of pearl & binding. Clasp still works.
