Expressions by G and J Ford women’s derby hat

This hand detailed hat is dark navy blue with white lace, beads, and sequin. I was told this hat was handcrafted by George and Joan Ford from Cleveland, but I cannot verify this. This hat may be vintage. The brim is about 4.5” tall and has a 7.5” width. Doll not included. Definitely looks like a designer hat Queen Elizabeth would have worn. If anybody knows about G & J Ford, I would love to hear from you.
