Express women’s black/white dress shorts 2

This is a pair of black/white pattern dress shorts in size 2 from Express. They are really nice looking shorts. My daughter loved these. They have hand pockets on the front and two pockets on the back. They are cuffed but permanently fixed so they aren’t cuffs that will unroll. I measured about 11.5” from the top of the waist to the bottom of the shorts on the front of them, so they aren’t very long shorts. The rise is between 9-10”, and the inseam is like 2.5”.
