Express western fringe cropped tank

EUC cropped tank top from Express. Black knit with black sequin detailing at bib with fringe. Length isn’t so cropped that it shows full abdomen but is definitely not full length, would pair beat with a high rise jean or a mid rise mini skirt (and cowgirl boots!).
