Express turquoise sweater vest in size M

Gently used Express turquoise sweater vest in size medium. This has a round neck. While taking pictures, I saw there was a look of discoloration in the back (please see photos) Does not show up without flash and is barely noticeable with the naked eye. Armpit to Armpit is 15 inches across From shoulder to bottom is 18 inches
