Express tulip dress

3/4 sleeves. Beautiful color. 60% cotton 40% modal. Worn once, it's just a little big on me after having babies. I will warn that you have to be careful what you wear underneath. Nude colors only, I made the mistake of wearing red panties under it. Luckily my hubby noticed before I left the house :))
