thearchdaughter @vine4020 Hi! Good question. The cut out woven part is in just the upper front top of chest to shoulders and the cut out design is open to skin. You're seeing the back panel of fabric from the other side in this photo which makes it appeared lined but it is not. ;) let me know if you have anymore questions.
