Express teal blouse open back - XS

Very cute sleeveless blouse, emerald green/teal from Express. The back has a draping open style towards the bottom making for a subtle and sexy look when paired with a high-waisted bottom. There looks to be a slight dark spot when looking at the blouse (left side when looking at it) but it’s very faint and hard to really tell.
