Express skirt size large Art Deco sparkle

Selling what I believe is a size large skirt by Express. It’s super pretty. It does have sparkle but survived a wash without seeming to shed. The tags were very itchy so I cut them off, but I believe I got this at Express in a size large. The print has Art Deco vibes. It was only worn and washed once.
