Express size small long sleeve blouse

This beautiful blouse is a soft , lightweight sweater type blouse. It features small gentle burst of rhinestones at collar. Wide open neckline and flares at the hips. Burgandy in color and in amazing condition !! I loved this sweater but rarely got any use out of it and now it is much too small for me. Hoping someone can bring it back to life 💜💜💜
