Express size M teal blue double lined fitted tank top (no built in bra)

size medium teal blue body contour fitted/compressive tank top from express. does not contain a build in bra or pads. Only tried on several times by me and my sister who it also did not fit. fabric is 85% polyester and 15% spandex.
