Express sequined dress

I bought this for my 21st birthday and only have wore it once it has been in a garment bag ever since. Nothing wrong with it I love the dress, just don’t like the way it fits on my body. There’s 2 small stains on it that are hardly visible which are pictured and can be dry cleaned for which I will doc money off the asking price.
