Express royal blue blazer

Velvety smooth feel, muted royal blue, hits just above the hips for me (I'm 5'4"). Black piping. Perfect for the office - business casual attire or for layering over a dress for a classy night out! Sleeves are upturned for a rose effect. The stitching is out on the left sleeve; you can either roll it up (it stays very well) or, if you're awesome with a needle (I'm not), you can easily put a small stitch in!
