Express oversized cardigan shag knit

This is a super fun, shaggy cardigan from Express. The knit pattern makes small, fuzzy loops to give it a shaggy feel. I used to wear this over dresses. No holes or stains. The tag says small, but it fits oversized. Purchased in 2016. Willing to take offers
