Express off the shoulder top

This is a great top for all seasons. This is M which it’s true to size. It’s a off the shoulder with a ruffle top part of the shirt. It has a tie up area in the front and a elastic band at the back. Very cute jean color without the feel. It’s more lightweight and you can use it as a crop or not.
