Express nautical stripe asymmetrical skort

Express blue and white nautical stripe asymmetrical skort with side zipper. Skirt over shorts, just looks like regular shorts from that back. I think this originally came with a belt but item is not being sold with a belt. Excellent pre-loved condition, no visible flaws.
