Express mint skater dress

Very flattering mint skater dress from express in a size XS. Last photos show actual color. Has a zipper in the back. Has a very small stain but it was hard for me to find just thought I should mention. Also it looks like the seam around the waist is coming loose. 95% cotton / 5% spandex. 🔴Waist: 10.5” flat across 🔴Chest: 13.5” flat across 🔴Length: Approx. 31” measured from the strap
