Express mini dress

Gold-ish off white sequined mini dress from Express. With tags! But this dress does have a funny story.. I bought it at an express store for my birthday celebration in Vegas. and it was worn one time in Vegas on my birthday night. I have no idea how I didn't realize the tags were still on, it wasn't intentional. lol! But it hasn't been worn since & I just never removed the tags after. Great condition! There is a little spray tan smug on the inside of this dress, can’t be seen from outside at all
