The circumference of the waist is 28 inches and the skirt is 40 inches long. When I measured it, I noticed the hem around the waist is starting to come undone. It’s easy enough to fix, but if you’d like the skirt, I’ll sell it to you for $10. Again, it’s never been worn and still has the tag.
