Express laser-cut scalloped shorts

New without tags, black express laser-cut scalloped shorts size 6. They zip on the side, and I made sure to zoom in so you can see that they are BLACK black, the fabric just looks like... shiny or something from far away. The fabric will not fray, I also included a close up of the scalloped hem.
