Express jeans Size 2R legging mid-rise is what the tag says

I promise the bottoms are supposed to look like that. I think these are so ugly and I don’t know why I bought them but one person’s trash is another person’s treasure, right? I’m good condition considering the bottoms look so weird. Willing to accept B/O as well :)
