Express floral dress, blue background with white, grey, tan and light pinkish purple hydrangeas print. Dress has boat neck line and pockets along with an elastic waist band for comfort and stretch. Size XS, smoke and pet free, fabric feels like silk fabric. Waist is approximately 12.5” inches across and dress is approximately 33” inches in length from top of shoulder to bottom hem.
