Express dress size 10

I am selling a used dress from Express. It has been wrong once. It is a size 10 in Women's. It is a beautiful turquoise in color with a light feel. The bust of the dress is heart shaped with pleats in the front and the straps are mesh that criss crosses in the back. The dress is measured at 35 inches long from the top of the shoulder. It has a side zipper closure. It needs to be dry cleaned because there are two stains on it. One in front and one in the back. (see pictures)
