Express dress and skirt extra small and medium

Express xs royal blue dress with one shoulder very gentle wear only worn a handful of times! Between mini and just above the knee at 5’2”. Also includes new without tags express red and black lace mini skirt (medium)! Says medium on the tag but it fits like a small/extra small. Two for the price of one ☝️
