Express denim skirt

Ok this little number here is by Express and is a size 7/8. Runs like a modern women’s 8. Check measurements below! This skirt is so gorgeous and so early 00s, but has a 70s vibe too! Suede tie at the waist & a little raw hem deal going on at the bottom. Has a little 9” slit at the front, as shown in pix. One small pocket on the front right side. Very minimal wear! Measurements: 15”-16” flat waist 18.5 flat hip(some stretch at the hip, fits me perf at 39” hip) 22” length 9” slit
