Express: dark purple floral and cheetah print skirt

styled more like a pencil skirt with an interesting slit in the back that's still attached by threads, unless they are meant to be cut and that's how Express makes it, (I'm not sure), but the skirt can be worn high waisted and the waist band is elastic. it's a very smooth, soft, light, skirt. would be great for a night out with with girls and a black top :) there is a zipper in the back and the skirt is brand new with tag from a non-smoking home
